We take great care packing every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All orders are processed within 1 day except Sunday and Holidays. Domestic Shipping: Items are usually shipped by US Postal Office if Package Weight under 1lb. Otherwise Either FeDex or USPS Priority mail is used depending on the shipping rate. International Shipping: we can ship to countries that a tracking number is provided by the carrier. Item loss & damage: We are not responsible for item loss if the tracking shows the item is delivered, but we are responsible if items are damaged during shipping. Shipping Damage: Most of our shipments are insured. We take extra caution to pack your orders. However, products do get damaged sometimes during shipping. When you receive a damaged package, please take pictures of the damaged package, keep notice from carrier, and contact us within 3 days or sooner. Upon notification of a damaged shipment we will process a claim with the shipping company; meanwhile, we will re-ship the damaged goods. Please keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process is finished (up to 2 weeks). It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the shipping company for inspection. Shipping Address: Please make sure your address updated in your profile. All orders are shipped to your address registered on Amazon. However, your address can be changed before your order shipped. Please leave me a message. After an order has been shipped, the shipping cannot be changed.
